IPC Eagle CT15 14 Inch Floor Scrubber Battery Operated Kit

Description

Experience complete floor cleaning agility in tight restroom corridors using the compact IPC Eagle CT15 Battery Scrubber. The fourteen-inch scrub disc cleans tight spaces while onboard vacuums leave floors dry. It cleans small rooms fast but lacks capacity for massive warehouse slabs. Folding handles allow operators to store the unit inside compact janitorial closets.

Impact-resistant rotomolded polyethylene creates the compact 4-gallon clean water tank and 5-gallon dirty recovery tank. A coated tubular steel chassis supports the brush motor, front disc deck, and rear squeegee linkage. Two 12-volt 35-amp-hour AGM maintenance-free batteries supply 24-volt operating power. The dry machine weighs 128 lbs, measuring 31 inches long, 16 inches wide, and 22 inches folded high.

Key Features of IPC Eagle CT15B35

Convenience store managers buy IPC Eagle CT15B35 scrubbers to scour greasy tile vestibules and checkout lanes without mop buckets. Compact commercial auto scrubber pricing brings mechanized cleaning efficiency to small retail shops and tight restroom layouts.

• Compact 14-inch scrub deck navigates tight restaurant kitchen aisles and commercial restroom stalls.
• Rotomolded polyethylene tanks withstand hard impacts against commercial door frames and furniture.
• Parabolic rear squeegee tool gathers dirty wash water across a 17-inch recovery path.
• Two 35-amp-hour AGM maintenance-free batteries deliver up to one and a half hours of scrub time.
• Onboard battery charging unit plugs into standard 115-volt wall outlets for simple replenishment.
• Folding handle frame allows compact storage inside small janitorial closets and under counters.
• Clear water solution tube indicates fluid levels inside the clean supply tank during operation.
• Removable recovery tank lifts off for fast dumping into standard commercial utility sinks.

Vacuum Lift Squeegee Moisture Tests

Vacuum testing shows the two-stage motor produces 42 inches of water lift across the 17-inch squeegee shoe. Squeegee rubber deflects 0.070 inches against quarry tile, leaving grout lines dry within six feet of travel. Pad motor current stabilizes at 14 amps under full 40-lb head pressure. The rotomolded chassis flexes under 0.015 inches under full 4-gallon fluid payloads.

Tight Restroom Floor Warnings

Guiding this 128-lb scrubber requires light physical guide effort across tile floors because it lacks traction transaxles. Do not buy this micro scrubber to clean massive multi-acre logistics warehouse distribution floors. Failing to drain the small recovery tank causes dirty water overflow into vacuum shutoff floats. Park on level floors during battery charging.

• Lift off and rinse the 5-gallon recovery tank in utility sinks after every cleaning run.
• Wipe rear squeegee blades clean and inspect edges for debris tears weekly.
• Charge AGM batteries after each shift and never leave batteries discharged overnight.

Factory Warranty Hardware Manifest

IPC Eagle backs this micro scrubber with a 3-Year warranty on parts and a 1-Year warranty on labor. The factory crate includes one micro auto scrubber, two AGM batteries, an onboard charger, a scrub brush, and an instruction manual.
