Husqvarna 12inch 540i XP Chainsaw Kit

Description

Need zero emissions in tree canopies? The Husqvarna 540i XP Chainsaw Kit delivers commercial gas-equivalent cutting speed without 2-stroke exhaust fumes or pull-cord restarts. Pulling recoil cords while perched high in an arborist saddle strains shoulder joints and creates dangerous instability. This 36V brushless top-handle saw starts on demand, delivering instant cutting power.

Commercial arborists working in residential zones face strict municipal noise ordinances that ban loud combustion saws. Climbing ropes snag on exposed pull-start cords, and hot mufflers burn expensive climbing saddles. Utilizing a high-output battery platform gives aerial tree trimmers gas-matching 40cc power, cutting canopy limbs cleanly while preserving quiet running for urban clients.

Brushless High RPM Bench Metrics

Bench diagnostics show this 36V brushless motor delivers chain speeds up to 24 meters per second, matching the cutting throughput of professional 40cc gas saws. When municipal arborist crews buy Husqvarna 540i XP Chainsaw Kit packages, pricing balances against zero fuel expenses and eliminated engine tune-ups. Perched high in tree canopies, this commercial cordless arborist chainsaw cuts branches cleanly.

Key Features of Husqvarna 540i XP Chainsaw Kit

Cordless top-handle arborists chainsaws provide gas-matching cutting power with push-button operational safety.

• High-output 36V brushless motor delivers cutting performance equivalent to professional 40cc gas powerheads.
• Top-handle ergonomic chassis provides balanced one-handed positioning during aerial climbing maneuvers.
• Includes high-capacity BLi200X lithium-ion battery pack and rapid charger for full commercial runtime.
• Precision 12-inch guide bar and high-speed SP21G chain slice cleanly through canopy branches.
• Intuitive digital keypad features an active battery charge indicator and instant push-button starting.
• Retained bar nuts prevent dropped hardware when adjusting chain tension high in tree canopies.

The compact powerhead is built around a weather-resistant magnesium chassis that seals internal electronics against rain and sap accumulation. The high-torque brushless motor connects straight to the drive sprocket, eliminating gear reduction friction and battery power waste. A captive bar nut system prevents dropped hardware when adjusting chain tension while aloft.

Canopy Tree Limits Negative Selection

This top-handle battery saw is engineered strictly for certified arborist climbers and utility line clearance crews working aloft. Do not buy this top-handle chainsaw for ground-level felling of large hardwood trees or heavy firewood bucking. Ground operators should select rear-handle saws for safe two-handed control. Always engage the chain brake before climbing.

Factory Warranty Cordless Kit Manifest

Husqvarna covers the 540i XP powerhead with a 2-year commercial warranty, with 2-year coverage on the battery and charger. The kit shipment includes the top-handle saw, 12-inch guide bar, SP21G chain, battery, charger, and manual.
